Little Learners is a free program for 0-5 year olds and their parents.

At Little Learnerschildren and parents are encouraged to be actively engaged in a wide range of fun activities that stimulate and promote rich learning.

We all make transitions in our lives. We move house, take up new jobs, change friendship groups and go into new environments. Sometimes we feel confident about these changes; sometimes we are anxious about how we might fit in.

Stepping into the unknown is something your child will do when they start school.  Stepping into Little Learners is one way to alleviate any anxiety you may be feeling about your child’s transition into school. Being involved, enthusiastic and positive about school will go a long way to ensure your child makes a happy, meaningful and enjoyable start to school.  Little Learners is the first step!

We offer a semi-structured program of outside and inside play, storytelling, craft, morning tea and singing, all of which are designed to engage your child in new experiences that develop their sensory, motor, social and communication skills.

Little Learners participants have the opportunity to share Kindergarten and whole school programs, and each term we provide a social outing for children and parents.

Little Learners runs on Friday mornings from 9:15am to 10:30am in the Kindergarten room and is facilitated by Mrs Michelle Woolford.
